Hello and welcome,

When we are truly embodied, we feel grounded, alive, and at ease in our own skin - connected to ourselves and to life around us. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who are ready to listen to their body’s wisdom and take an active, supported role in their own healing journey.

This work unfolds at a pace that is safe, slow, and deeply resourced - creating the conditions for lasting change to emerge from the inside out.

I would love to connect. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a complimentary 15 minute call where we can talk through any questions you have and explore whether this work feels like the right fit for you or your child

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)

Picture
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on treatment rooted in osteopathic principles that supports the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself. BCST focuses on the subtle rhythmic motions within the body - particularly those of the craniosacral system, which encompasses the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
Rather than manipulating bones or tissues, the practitioner uses a light, conscious touch to attune to the body’s natural rhythms and deeper tides. This listening presence allows the practitioner to follow the body’s own intelligence, creating space for the nervous system to settle, long-held tension and trauma patterns to unwind, and healing to emerge organically from within.
BCST works with the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - and often facilitates a profound state of stillness where the deepest healing takes place. This work is particularly effective for calming an overactivated nervous system, relieving chronic stress and tension, supporting emotional processing, and integrating stored trauma. It also addresses physical concerns such as headaches, chronic pain, digestive issues, and nervous system dysregulation.
Clients frequently describe their sessions as deeply restorative, leaving with a sense of profound relaxation, groundedness, clarity, and overall wellbeing - often noticing shifts that continue to unfold in the days following a session.
BCST is a safe and nurturing therapy suitable for people of all ages, from newborns and children to adults and the elderly, including those navigating chronic conditions, complex trauma histories, or simply seeking deeper restoration and balance.

Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT)

Lymph Drainage Therapy combines precise anatomical and physiological knowledge with the art of direct listening, allowing the practitioner to effectively attune to the body’s natural rhythms and stimulate healthy lymphatic flow. Working through both superficial and deep tissue layers, LDT engages a wide range of structures including subcutaneous tissue, mucosa, muscles, viscera, the central nervous system, and beyond.
This therapy offers specialized applications such as deep abdominal and pelvic release, lympho-fascia release for fascial restrictions, breast protocols, and targeted drainage of the eyes, ears, nasal cavity, and oral cavity. Drainage of the synovial fluid, applications for the joints/articulations including the spine, rib cage, skull and cranial sutures as well as the upper and lower extremities.
At its deepest level, LDT works with consciousness and all body fluids - lymph, interstitial and intracellular fluid, arterial and venous circulation - supporting the body’s innate ability to heal, balance, and restore itself from within.

Chikly Brain Therapy (CBT)

Chikly Brain Therapy is a specialized form of manual therapy developed by Dr. Bruno Chikly, a French osteopath and medical doctor. Rooted in detailed knowledge of brain anatomy and physiology, CBT focuses on the central nervous system, addressing neurological and psychological conditions through gentle, precise manual techniques and highly refined palpation skills that detect subtle tensions and dysfunction within the brain and surrounding structures.
This holistic therapy recognizes the deep interconnectedness of the brain with the whole body, working to promote healing and recovery by enhancing neuroplasticity - the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganize and form new neural connections.

Integrative Bodywork

Integrative Bodywork sessions offer a deeply personalized, whole-body approach to healing - weaving together Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Chikly Brain Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, gentle fascial release, and somatic awareness into one fluid, responsive session. All of the work is slow, non-invasive, and guided entirely by your body’s own rhythms. There is no force, no manipulation - only presence and deep listening.
Rather than “fixing” the body, this approach works with it. By supporting the nervous system in settling and finding its natural balance, the body is given the conditions it needs to release long-held tension, restore healthy circulation and fluid flow, and begin healing from the inside out.
Lymphatic work encourages the healthy movement of fluid throughout the body, reducing congestion, supporting immune function, and creating a greater sense of lightness and ease. Gentle fascial release allows areas of chronic tightness to soften and reorganize naturally over time. Brain Therapy supports clearer communication within the central nervous system, helping the body access deeper states of regulation and integration. And Craniosacral Therapy creates a profound stillness in which the nervous system can truly rest, and stored patterns of stress and trauma can begin to unwind.
Throughout the session, you may be gently invited to notice your breath, sensations, or internal cues, cultivating a deeper sense of presence, groundedness, and connection to yourself. Many people describe these sessions as deeply calming, restorative, and nurturing, with shifts that continue to unfold long after the session ends.
This work supports not only physical comfort and relief, but also emotional regulation, stress resilience, trauma integration, and an overall sense of embodiment and well-being - meeting you exactly where you are, and supporting you in returning to yourself.
